A trench idea

Here is one of so many ideas  how to wear a trench coat. It all started when Thomas Burberry, the inventor of gabardine fabric, submitted a design for an army officer's raincoat  in 1901. The double breasted classic piece, with lengths ranging from mid-calf to above the knee,  remains with very strong presence on runways and streets inspiring designers, stylists and bloggers to maintain its timeless image.
As I told you few posts back, I am obsessed with trench coats and would take any chance  given by Florida's weather to wear one.
I wanted to combine few ideas in one by wearing my trench coat with a classic buttoned down shirt, boyfriend jeans for a boyish manner, bad ass shoes for an edge, and flowers to soften in all up.
I hope I inspired you!
I am wearing shirt, trench coat and bag- ZARA, booties- STELLA MCCARTNEY, jeans- FRONT ROW SHOP
