Hi girls,
How are you? I hope I find you well! Here are the pictures you've been waiting for a long time. I apologize that it took me so long to upload them but I just got back from this part of Bulgaria that I've never been and here is what I saw and want to share with you. This is part of Bulgaria that is pure, preserved, untouched of technology. People are happy, so welcoming and warm. As you can see I visited the mountains - Rodopi mountains, some of the houses are 200 years old. A lot of history that I want to share with you but I better tell it in pictures than words because I get very emotional and passionate when I start talking about it. Of course this is a small portion of the pictures and there will be more. I will be visiting more beautiful places. The Church that you see is a Russian Church built in 1902 in memory of the Bulgarian and Russian solders who died in fight against the Ottoman Empire.
The kids living in these villages grow up playing in the river, have no idea what a computer is. People grow and prepare their own food that we had the honor to share with them and it was so sweet and real, prepared with love.
Tomorrow I will show you Bulgaria in details, those little things that make the land where I was born unique and incomparable with any other.
